The Errand Management Study and Errand Manager Prototype were designed in the Spring of 2006 for a course in user-centered design. The project specifically addresses errand management in New York City. Part One below is the presentation of the initial research. Included in these slides are a summary of the methods, the results and descriptions of the proposed solutions. Part Two includes two storyboard user scenarios based on the proposed solutions. Part Three is the presentation of the final prototype design, which included working web and mobile (WAP) components driven by a database.
